Jeff Krantz, Owner/Broker, CLHMS™, RSPS, is the founder of Krantz and Associates and has been affiliated with Lake of the Ozarks for over 40 years. His parents owned Point Breeze Resort from 1969 to 1982, and remained second homeowners after that time. Jeff's love of the lake resulted in becoming a full time resident in 1990 and began his career in Real Estate in 1993. He enjoys the challenges of the Real Estate Industry and enjoys leading the team with his wife, Melissa. Megan King, REALTOR® is a graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Arts & Science degree in Psychology and Sociology, where she also received a Multicultural Certificate. She is a true Missouri Tiger, being born and raised in a small town located in northern Missouri where all of her family still calls home. Megan worked at Boone Hospital for four years throughout college, gaining professionalism, and pride in her job. She thrived off building relationships with people every day! After college, she worked at Apria Healthcare as a Customer Specialist, helping new patients. Megan relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2011. Laura Simmons, REALTOR®, joined Krantz & Associates in October 2018. She is no stranger to the Lake of the Ozarks growing up on a farm near Eldon. After graduating from college with a degree in marketing, Laura moved back to Eldon. She helped run the family business, Gasco Propane, as an account manager and marketing coordinator. Gasco was sold a few years ago which enabled Laura to explore the marine industry but her passion for real estate grew as she remodeled homes. Bringing a diverse background in construction and sales is proving helpful to assisting clients. Austin Riley was born and raised in the lake area he has a vast knowledge of all things Lake of the Ozarks. Upon graduating from School of the Osage, he went on to play football at Benedictine College. After that Austin transferred to Columbia College where he obtained his business management degree. After college, he returned to the lake area. You might recognize Austin from Dog Days Bar and Grill...as he spent 12 summers working there.
When Austin is not working, he loves to spend time boating, fishing, and hunting.

Phoebe Long serves at the team's Marketing Coordinator. She and her husband, Michael, moved to the Lake in 1996. Phoebe has three grown children and four beautiful granddaughters. Her hobbies include boating, camping and spending time with her family.
Carri Hillmer, Listing Coordinator, moved to the Lake of the Ozarks after being a visitor here for 15+ years. Traci Hodges, Closing Coordinator and Bookkeeper, hails from Michigan.
